Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience in the India Employee Benefits Industry (e.g., Benefits Specialist, Benefits Consultant or Broker)

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience functioning as BI Project lead/Project Manager with project plan ownership, architectural oversight and resource management responsibilities.

Core Technical Skills (Critical):

Project Planning, coordination and monitoring using Microsoft Project 
SAP ERP data structure knowledge in one or more of the functional areas (e.g. SD, MM, FI, HR).
SAP BI extraction using standard and enhanced data extractor and available development tools for SAP and non-SAP data sources
Data modeling, star schema, and infoproviders design in BI.
Configuration of Administrative Workbench Objects
Query and report development using BEx Analyzer and Query Designer
Web reporting using Web Application Designer & BEx Web Analyzer
Strong familiarity with SAP BI implementation methodology
Working knowledge or SAP Business Objects Visualization tools: Web Intelligence; Crystal Report; SBO Dashboards.
Familiarity with SAP Business Objects Advanced Analysis-Microsoft Edition and Advanced Analysis (OLAP) 
Familiarity with Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.X or BI 4.0.
