Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of the Job description:
Executes the installation tasks according to the instructions given by his Supervisor.
Job involves: Paste Vinyl Sticker, Vehicle graphics, Installation of Duratrans on light boxes, Banner, all graphics related jobs.
Competencies required:
- Experience in all Graphic Applications
- Good handling of tools
- Ability to operate a digital camera will be an advantage
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities and obligations:
- Will report to Installation Manager
- Awareness of Safety Procedures as applicable
- Execute the installation tasks according to the instructions given by his supervisor
- Executes his tasks while making sure that high standards of professionalism, safety and tidiness are respected.
5. Contributes in the implementation of the quality policy and participates in the improvement of the quality system by proposing corrective and preventive actions and participates in their implementation.

Job Description :
Responsible: Outdoor Assistant Manager, Indoor Assistant Manager, and Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Is responsible of all installation tasks and ensures that the best quality and service are provided to the clients.
- Monitors the needs of the department and makes sure that the department is fitted with all the necessary tools (ie: cars, working tools, safety equipments, etc…) to achieve its functions.
- Takes decisions choosing best installation methods on major jobs.
- Is responsible of the training of installation department employees.
- Is responsible of the safety of installation employees and enforces all rules related toinstallation works.
- Oversees workers appearance, discipline and behavior with clients and third parties
- Direct contacts with client when needed
- Is responsible of all department purchases and negotiating deals in favor of the company with suppliers
- Constantly coordinates with DPDM, client servicing, sales & marketing, displays and production departments.
- Is in charge of manpower schedules of his dept. with compliance to the company’s needs, rules and regulations
- Keeps records of overtime and presents them to the CEO, DPDM, and financial department.
- Proposes salaries, perks and bonuses of installation department employees to the CEO and DPDM.
- Contributes in the implementation of the quality policy and participates in the improvement of the quality system by proposing corrective and preventive actions and participates in their implementation.
Skills and Educational Requirements:

- Very Organized with good communication skills
