Our client is a well-established MNC dealing with POS products is seeking for a Technical Support Engineer

IT Technical Support Engineer (Networking) $2000-$2400 / Redhill / 5 days
SGD 2000 - 2400 + AWS + VB
Central
Responsibilities:
  • Attend to technical enquiries from global distributors via email / phone
  • Conduct phone training for global distributors
  • Assist in global distributors in installation and site troubleshooting
  • Prepare technical documentation

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electronics / Computer Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant experinece
  • Knowledge of Networking and/or Linux system preferred
  • Billingual in English & Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Location: Redhill / 5 days
Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,400 + AWS + VB (Good benefits)
